All Cottages - Large Groups

Traveling with a large group, but still want everyone to have their own space?  The Retreat at Eucharisteo Farms makes that possible.  Booking this listing includes all four houses and will sleep up to 36 people.  Three of the homes are right next to each other and The Cabin is located about 100 yards away.  You will also have use of the fire pits, grills, walking trails, and creek.  If you would like to book just two or three of the homes, please do that on their separate listings.

If you book through this listing you have access to the following:

The Cottage -a two bedroom, one bath home. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has two twins with two twin trundles. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you should need to cook during your stay. We also provide a stocked coffee bar, soaps and shampoos, and a washer and dryer with laundry detergent.

The Farmhouse- a four bedroom, two full bath home. Two bedrooms have a queen (one upstairs and one downstairs), the other upstairs bedroom has two twins with twin trundles, and the other downstairs bedroom has a twin bunk bed and a twin bed with a trundle. In addition to the upstairs living room there is a downstairs rec room with games, large sectional, and TV. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you should need to cook during your stay. We also provide a stocked coffee bar, soaps and shampoos, and a washer and dryer with laundry detergent. Outside, there is a deck, fire pit, large grill, great views and plenty of fresh air.

The Woodlands-a four bedroom, two full bath home. Two bedrooms have a queen (one upstairs and one downstairs), the other upstairs bedroom has two twins with twin trundles, and the other downstairs bedroom has a twin bunk bed and a twin bed with a trundle. In addition to the upstairs living room there is a downstairs rec room with games, large sectional, and TV. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you should need to cook during your stay. The Cabin (located about 100 yards from the other houses ) -a two bedroom, one bath home. One bedroom has a king bed and the other has two twins with two twin trundles. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you should need to cook during your stay. We also provide a stocked coffee bar, soaps and shampoos, and a washer and dryer with laundry detergent.  Outside is a patio with gas fire table. 

In addition, there are nature trails that are available for hiking and a creek that you can wade in and explore. Along the trail is a place for a picnic, a swing and a ninja line.

All four houses share a ridge of our 100 acre farm. The Cottage sits at the top of the hill followed by The Farmhouse, The Woodlands, and finally The Cabin at the bottom of the hill. Outside each house is a fire pit for your use during your stay. Many of our guests' favorite memories of their time here include watching the sunset from the porch and gathering around the fire at night. During your stay you will also have access to our walking trail through the woods and the creek that runs along side it.  

We want you to be well informed before you book with us. Our rentals offer a whole lot of perks but there are a few things that some might see as drawbacks. They include:

1. This land is our home, as well as home to two other households. We ask that you respect the area around these homes by staying on marked trails. Please be respectful of the space around the other rental houses as well.

2. There are two dogs and three cats on the property. All are friendly and likely to show up around the cottage at some point during your stay. If they become a nuisance please do not hesitate to let us know.

3. The road to the property is a small, winding country road.  Please be aware that locals tend to drive faster than you would expect on it.  Also, snow is fairly uncommon most winters but it does make driving hazardous until the road crew gets the road cleared.

4. The property is serene and quiet 90% of the time. However, potential noises include; neighbors riding their four wheelers, gunshots from other farms, and loud vehicles on the road. The beauty of our land is that all of these occur a fair distance from the houses and is often little more than background noise.
